Alpha RBV30B Router Bit VB 30mm Demi-Bullnose
Alpha Professional Tools has added a new line of Router Bits, the
Alpha Vacuumed Brazed Router Bits for the fabricators who wish to
speed up the profiling process. These new Router Bits grinds in almost
half the time of sintered bond router bits. Since these Router Bits
never loose their shape, it can be use to correct the profile made by a
worn out sintered bond router bit. It includes two Position #1 bits in
the most popular profiles: a Full Bullnose and a Demi-Bullnose for 3cm
material. Alpha Vacuumed Brazed Router Bits are equipped with a rotary
touchier, which sets the depth of cut by riding along the edge of the
stone, to eliminate any guesswork. The vacuumed brazed technology is
specifically designed to provide extended life for use on granites of
all hardness and all brands of engineered stone and quartz surfaces.
These bits are versatile and will perform well, when used with water,
on all brands of routers with speeds ranging from 5,000 to 11,000
