    Shipping Policy

    Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

    • All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Items that are not currently in stock are usually processed in 3-5 business days (varies by vendor)
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • Orders placed after 3 PM EST Friday will be processed the next Monday (Excluding Holidays).
    • Transit Time is Only Guaranteed for Business days which do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
    • We are not responsible for packages left outside from the freight carriers that may be lost or damaged. Please contact the appropriate carrier directly to open up a claim.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
    • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
    • Expedited shipping options only guarantee transit times by the carrier
    • Specially ordered, non-stocked items shipped direct from manufacturers will incur separate shipping charges regardless of dollar amount of order.
    • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, and APO addresses will incur additional shipping charges.
    • We are restricted from sending batteries to Alaska and Hawaii.
    • Residents of New York will incur applicable sales tax in the event that their order ships from their home state.
    • International shipments will have additional freight charges. International shipments may be subject to import duties and fees, please consult your Customs Offices for any possible charges.
    • For you safety and security, as well as ours, all orders over $150.00 will require your signature when the shipment is received via all forms of delivery. For fraud protection, we will only ship air packages to locations on file with the credit card company. This is for the protection of the cardholder and Ace Tool.
    • Same day shipping is for items that are currently in stock

    International Orders

    All international orders must be checked out via PayPal.

    • International tracking information may not be available for international orders.
    • Insurance and a Signature is required on all international orders over $500.
    • We cannot mark international packages as GIFT.

    Shipment to P.O boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

    Ace Tool ships to P.O. Boxes located in the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking


    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.Any item you order that weighs over 70 pounds will be shipped by one of our affiliated freight companies.

    Lift Gate Service and Residential Delivery will impose an additional fee. Lift Gate Service means the driver will off-load the merchandise to the ground. Once on the ground, it is your responsibility to move the freight inside.

    On all Jescraft and Vestil items, being as though they ship direct from the manufacturer, please call ahead for a freight quote. Any order received without prior freight authorization can be cancelled at any time or you may be contact for additional funds that are needed to proceed with shipping

    A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the shipment for damages and short

    *All items on this website are subject to the restriction of large, heavy or bulky items. All Free Freight promotions have this limitation. While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary. This will prevent Free Shipping. Some items may also require freight shipment due to damage or packaging concerns.

    How do I return an item?

    Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 877-783-8899 within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Without offsetting order returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

    Please print and fill in the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. Please indicate the RMA number that was assigned to this return by the acetool.com customer service representative. We reserve the right to issue store credit for returned merchandise.

    All Parts and Gas Powered Equipment Are Final Sale. No Returns Will Be accepted.
