Klein 1659-50 Chicago Grip for PVC-Covered Conductors
The Klein 1659 Series PVC-Covered Chicago Grips have a specially machined serpentine jaw which allows an insulated conductor to be inserted through the jaws. This eliminates the need to strip insulation from the conductor first.
Serpentine jaws are specially machined to allow insertion of insulated conductor through the jaws, which reduces danger of slippage which might result in insulation damage
