Returns

Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 877-783-8899 within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Please print and fill in the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. Please indicate the RMA number that was assigned to this return by the AceToo.com customer service representative. We reserve the right to issue store credit for returned merchandise.
