Klein 1628 Series Chicago Grips have a round inside jaw contour designed to hold weatherproof strand and solid coated wire. They also have a notched jaw to provide a firm grip on insulation.
Removable jaw allows for installation of cable
Round jaws are provide maximum contact with the cable minimizing deformation
Removable floating jaw held in place by a bolt swaged into the lever arm of the grip, secured by a nut and cotter pin
These grips are special order only. Please allow 30 days for delivery. These are not returnable.
Jaw must be removed to insert cable
Orders must specify exact outside diameter of cables, circular mills with strand combination, or manufacturer's code.
